SRH Architecture has made meaningful alterations and additions to this late Victorian house within Woollahra’s Heritage Conservation Area, a municipality known for its strong commitment to preserving heritage. Considered interventions have enhanced the heritage character while delivering a high-quality and thoughtfully crafted design.
The dwelling contains period attributes and proportions throughout, including wrought iron lacework facades, a tessellated tile verandah, ornate wide arched hallways, lofted ceilings, original fireplaces with marble mantels, timber french doors and sash windows. Our interventions respect the heritage details and reinterpret the Federation-style dwelling into one which suits its present lifestyle.
