This new 131-dwelling development responds to the density envisioned for the Macquarie Park Corridor. The dynamic building form has resulted from studying the unique site context where the existing topography, unique site frontage conditions, and primary city and district views have been carefully considered.   The significant level change across the site has sympathetically been designed into the lower entry and basement levels such that the architecture is grounded within the surrounding landscape. The dynamic architectural character of the proposal is further expressed through the sequencing of scaled spaces and functions. The grand sense of arrival into a double-height lobby full of light and opportunity for communal gathering transitions to the finer grain of each private apartment, where detailing and materiality are celebrated.

“The dynamic architectural character of the proposal is further expressed through the sequencing of scaled spaces and functions.”
