The design responds to its immediate context by increasing the existing front setback to 5m and proposing planting and landscaping to contribute to the public domain as well as additional acoustic screen planting to private open spaces to improve further the site’s street address, each unit’s outlook as well as noise attenuation from Princes Hwy.
The Building has been broken into two forms from the North East façade, strategically and visually divided by a central corridor and main residential entry and lobby. The North-Western façade presents along an undulating form which runs parallel to the street and creates a 6-storey rise to punctuate the corner and receding for the last two storeys to define a clear and well-grounded 4-storey podium.
