The 30-storey tower building consists of a mixed-use development made up of basement car parking, residential apartments, a hotel and associated services and administration, and a restaurant on the upper floors in the heart of Sydney CBD.   The tower is lifted off the ground floor plane by two structural cores on either side of the site that allow the two existing heritage items to retain a sky backdrop and promote the activation of the ground floor plaza. The tower is split into three distinct levels that are separated by green-activated public spaces. The development achieves a yield of 78 residential apartments, 140 hotel rooms, and 1350m2 of Commercial GFA, all within the allowable building envelope controls for the site.
