SRH Architecture undertook the fitout of the Ground Floor Tenancy at Brisbane Street, transforming a vacant commercial space into a professional and minimalist office environment. The design continues the material language of the upper levels, featuring polished concrete flooring, dark walnut joinery, and carefully positioned feature lighting that accentuates the texture and depth of the interior.
To maximise the building’s double frontage, a new glazed garage door replaces the original metal door, allowing natural light to filter deep into the open-plan workspace. The transparent façade establishes a strong visual connection to the surrounding streetscape, creating a sense of openness and arrival for clients and staff alike.
Within the tenancy, quiet rooms, a boardroom, and a fully operational kitchen support both focused and collaborative modes of work. The result is a refined, light-filled workspace that balances professionalism and warmth—reflecting SRH Architecture’s commitment to craft, context, and material clarity.
